Forum Software Update

The forum software that I'm using for this site is in the middle of some transitions and are in the process of finishing up the next release which is going to be a major step forward. I was getting really tired with the old release and some code issues I was having so I moved us over to the beta release of the next version as it has proven to be very stable thus far.

We're a small enough group here right now, so it's manageable. I have some ideas planned to help boost traffic and participation here and I want to get a few things in place for the expected growth. This move is the first step in one of them.
