HP Z6100 Callback Failed with files larger than 1GB
[/u]Hi,
We have 2 Z6100 and cannot print ripped files larger than 1G. At 1.0GB it prints, over that size it doesn't. The printer is configured on port 9100, powermanagement is off on the nic, the printers are set to print immediately, no nesting and no queues are configured. Everithing should be fine, but after 30% printing 2 530M ripped files simultaneously, the printer does not start to print and an error -10 Callback failed appears. What could be the problem? Thanks. Richard. |

RE: HP Z6100 Callback Failed with files larger than 1GB
Have you turned your queue off in the printer? Use the web interface to check the queue is turned off - it can be confusing to do this on the printer as you can miss the option to save your changes.
Also you will need to reboot the printers if you make any change to the network configuration. Onyx will see the printer - you will get the green OK message but it will give the error above. Also you may need to update the firmware. |
