Out of ink cancels print
Now I know this was a problem before, but there was a printer firmware update that fixed it. But now, it's happening again.
When I run out of ink, mid-print, the printer stops printing. I change the ink, hit OK, it prints for another minute or so, but ends the print with a straight line. Not a fuzzy one, as if I hit the cancel button, but a harsh line, as if Onyx cancelled the print. I am on firmware 8.0.0.2, and it appears as though that is the most up to date version. I am on Onyx 7.3.2. All up to date everywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks, Jon |

RE: Out of ink cancels print
Is this the same issue that you guys were discussing in this thread on the z6100?
http://onyxtalk.com/thread-callback-fail...n-hp-z6100 We should see if the Mutz is still having the same issue. Scott Manwaring / Administrator OnyxTalk.com - Global Support Community |
