Suddenly having problems trying to recalibrate z6100 with eye-one

Hi,

We have been manually calibrating our z6100 for the last year fine. All of a sudden when i try to calibrate any of the medias for this machine the RIP crashes. It seems to have happened after updating the rip to the lastest version and then applying the lastest patch. Interestingly I can calibrate any other machine with the eye-one just not the z6100. I have tried:

- Recopying the old jaws files with the latest patch
- Manually copying the jaws files from the lastest patch
- Downloading the lastest printer install for this machine

We dont use the onboard eye-one as it seems to get the readings totally wrong and thinks everything is darker than it should.

Recently I had to update the key so we could use the new HP Designjet L22550 Latex but you wouldnt think that would cause the fault as I can also calibrate this with the eye-one or the onboard eye-one.

* latest update - using the previous version of the RIP lets me run this calibration, seems to be something with the newer version.

*even lastest update - installed onyx from scratch and problem seems to be better
